    Information Security Consultant

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Account Management & Solution Consultant:

    • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
    • Understand and address customer needs and requirements.
    • Gather detailed customer requirements and propose tailored security solutions.
    • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Provide expert advice and recommendations on security solutions.

    Pre-Sales Technical Tasks/ Support for Sales and Marketing:

    • Support the sales team with technical expertise during pre-sales activities.
    • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide technical support for their activities.
    • Develop technical content for marketing collateral.

    Requirements and Tender Submissions:

    • Address technical requirements for tenders and proposals.
    • Prepare and submit comprehensive tender responses.

    Coordination with Technical Support Team:

    • Work closely with the technical support team to ensure customer support activities are well-coordinated and efficient.

    Onboarding New Products/ Vendors and Distributors Management:

    • Facilitate introducing and integrating new products into the company’s portfolio.
    • Train internal teams and customers on new product offerings.
    • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and distributors.
    • Coordinate with external partners to ensure the availability and delivery of products and solutions.

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in IT security consulting or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of IT security principles, technologies, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Experience with pre-sales activities and customer account management.
    • Familiarity with the latest security products and solutions.
