Information Security Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Account Management & Solution Consultant:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand and address customer needs and requirements.
- Gather detailed customer requirements and propose tailored security solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on security solutions.
Pre-Sales Technical Tasks/ Support for Sales and Marketing:
- Support the sales team with technical expertise during pre-sales activities.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide technical support for their activities.
- Develop technical content for marketing collateral.
Requirements and Tender Submissions:
- Address technical requirements for tenders and proposals.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive tender responses.
Coordination with Technical Support Team:
- Work closely with the technical support team to ensure customer support activities are well-coordinated and efficient.
Onboarding New Products/ Vendors and Distributors Management:
- Facilitate introducing and integrating new products into the company’s portfolio.
- Train internal teams and customers on new product offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and distributors.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure the availability and delivery of products and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT security consulting or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with pre-sales activities and customer account management.
- Familiarity with the latest security products and solutions.
Business Development Manager
Role and Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identify and target potential customers; develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies; meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of IT products and services; stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
- Client Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments; propose tailored IT solutions to meet client requirements.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations; address client questions and objections effectively.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements; close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records; prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities; provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Vendor/Distributor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and distributors; manage agreements and negotiations; ensure timely availability of products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
